A few things to go over on our call this Sunday at 4 PM — come with any questions and we'll knock them all out!
⚡ Lightning Lanes — this is the big one!
Lightning Lane lets you skip the regular lines on the popular rides. As resort guests you can start booking your Lightning Lane Multi Pass 7 days before your trip (around Oct 10) right in the My Disney Experience app. I'll walk you through how it works, which rides are worth it for your group, and help you plan your picks. Bring your questions to Sunday's call!
Lightning Lanes
Booking opens ~7 days out (around Oct 10). We'll pick your Multi Pass rides and any Single Pass headliners together.
Park Reservations
Your park days need a park reservation linked in the app for everyone. Let's make sure both rooms are set.
Online Check-In
Complete Online Check-In for both rooms before you arrive — and we can request the rooms be near each other!
Dining Plan
You've got the Dining Plan! Let's use those Table-Service credits on a couple of great character meals before they book up.

Party 7 PM – Midnight
- MorningMagic Kingdom day — use Early Entry and hit the headliners while it's cool.
- By 6 PMDay guests exit at 6 PM as the park transitions to the party. Grab a rest/dinner break.

🎢 Your Choice of Park
A great day for EPCOT (the Food & Wine Festival is on!) or Hollywood Studios — we'll pick based on everyone's must-dos. You have one more park day after this, so you've got flexibility.
- 8:30 AMEarly Theme Park EntryResort Perk — 30 min head start at any park.
- MiddayResort break — after a late party night, a midday nap/pool is well-earned, especially for Elli.
- EveningTable-Service dinner — a great night to use a Dining Plan credit on a character meal!
🌟 One More Park Day!
Your tickets are 3-Day and valid through Oct 21, so you have a third park day to use across your stay — a chance to revisit a favorite or see a park you missed. We'll fit it in where it works best for the group!
- Option AAnimal Kingdom — a half-day park that's great with a toddler (safari, Pandora, characters).
- Option BReturn to a favorite — go back to the park everyone loved most.
- Option CSplit the group — grandparents take Elli for a slower day while the others ride the big stuff!

- MorningOne last Disney breakfast — use any remaining Dining Plan credits before you go!
- By 11 AMCheck out (both rooms). Bags can be stored if your flights are later.

Kelsey's Top Tips
A few things to make your family week run beautifully.
Lightning Lanes are the key thing to plan. Booking opens ~7 days out (around Oct 10) — let's go over your strategy on Sunday's call so you're ready the moment it opens.
Pace the party day. Sunday is a big one — do MK in the morning, take a real afternoon break at the resort, then come back refreshed for the party at night.
Lean on the grandparents. Having Trevor & Rebecca along is a superpower — split up when it helps so everyone gets to do what they love, and Elli gets her rest.
Use every Dining Plan credit. Table-Service on character meals, Quick-Service via Mobile Order, and don't forget your snack credits for treats around the parks!
Bring your questions to Sunday's call. Lightning Lanes, dining, the party, park days — write down anything you're wondering and we'll cover it all at 4 PM!
